I’ve been in the business since 2003. I have been a Partner at Kingsway since 2006, as well as an Auctioneer with L&H Auctions. I’ve had the privilege of living in Manheim PA for 50 years, and I truly love serving my clients in this community. I’m passionate about helping my sellers—whether it’s homes or farms—maximize their return on their “hard-earned” investments. With my lifelong knowledge of the area’s real estate, combined with cutting-edge marketing and staging techniques, I always focus on making a strong case for each property.

As an Accredited Senior Specialist (SRES), I work closely with clients who are looking to downsize or transition to retirement communities. I regularly meet with local retirement community leaders to stay updated on new developments and programs, ensuring I can guide my clients through every step of the process.

I’m also an auctioneer, and whether you choose to sell your property through traditional methods or an auction, I am uniquely equipped to bring you the best results. My dedication to professional career development is something I take seriously. I hold certifications like CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CNE (Certified Negotiating Expert), and ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) to ensure I can deliver the highest level of service to my clients.

I graduated from Manheim Central in 1987 and Messiah College in 1992. I live on the same farm where I grew up, now with my wife, Crystal, and our two sons, Cooper and Keller. From my experience in agriculture, home building, and rural life, I’ve learned the importance of integrity and hard work—values that shape how I do business. My family also raises livestock and grows crops, and we serve at Chiques Church. Outside of work, we enjoy hunting and watching our boys’ sports.

I give everything I’ve got to serving my clients, as Colossians 3:23 says, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as though working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
