About Phillip Stumpf
Providing excellent customer service and real value to my clients has always been at the heart of everything I do. With over 30 years of experience in architecture, design, construction, and real estate, I bring a deep understanding of homes—from the initial concept to the final sale. My background includes home design, construction, building material sales, and personally buying and selling investment properties. This passion for real estate and investing led me to become a Realtor, where I now help others achieve their dream of homeownership.
I have lived in Lancaster County for most of my life and currently reside in Mount Joy with my wife, Laura. We are active members of Victory Church and believe strongly in serving our community. Laura and I spent two years as urban missionaries in Cleveland, OH, with Envision Cleveland. During that time, we worked with various organizations and led teams from across the country, addressing issues such as poverty, racial division, and refugee support.
Prior to our time in Cleveland, I worked as an outside salesman for Musselman Lumber in Ephrata, assisting builders and contractors with their material needs. I also ran my own architectural design firm, helping families bring their dream homes to life. Now, as a real estate professional, I combine my expertise in design and construction with my passion for helping people find homes that truly fit their needs. Whether buying, selling, or investing, I am committed to guiding my clients through every step of the process with knowledge, integrity, and care.
