About Tom Weik

“Success based on Service” has been my philosophy throughout my real estate career, being licensed in 1984, receiving my Broker’s license in 1987, and continuing to learn through obtaining my GRI, CRS, and ABR designations by 1992. My service also extends to participation at the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, where I’ve served on and chaired many Committees, the Board of Directors, and President of the Association in 2005. 

I’ve worked in all facets of real estate in residential listing and sales, property management, and was Broker of Record for Kingsway Realty from 2008 to 2024. I’ve always held to the values of integrity, professionalism, and placed strong emphasis on personal service and counseling. This enables my clients to make informed and knowledgeable decisions in their own best interests. Born and raised in Lititz, Lancaster County, my family and I have resided in the same house in Manheim Township for the past 46+ years.
