About Tim Charles
I am dedicated to helping my clients meet their real estate goals through outstanding care, service, and professionalism. I specialize in residential and ag real estate sales.
I grew up in Manor Township, attended Penn Manor and LMH schools, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Millersville University. I worked at Tabor Community Services for 12 years, starting as a housing case manager and later becoming the First Time Home Buyer Program case manager.
I loved living in Lancaster City for about 14 years before moving near Centerville. Since 2004, I’ve managed rental properties in four different municipalities.
In 2012, I began working with Charles and Associates Real Estate. In 2019, I earned my Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification, and I’m always seeking more knowledge and skills to better assist my clients on their journey to buy or sell real estate. In 2023, I achieved my associate broker’s license.
