About Matthew Auker

I graduated from Warwick High School and attended CTC for architectural drafting in 2003. Rather than focusing just on residential architecture, I decided to apply my skills to the commercial industry as well. After almost 14 years of construction design and management, I was looking for a change. Through a mutual connection, I was introduced to Kingsway Realty agent Jesse Landis. He had been working in real estate since 2008, and had an established and growing real estate business, which also included managing rentals and rehabbing properties. After a handful of meetings with Jesse, I decided to begin my career in real estate, bringing along an abundance of design and construction knowledge. 

Jesse and I officially started working together in January 2017, and I became a licensed Realtor shortly thereafter. Fast forward 8 years… Jesse and I have worked together on over 160 real estate transactions, and have helped clients buy or sell properties in 8 different counties. We have become very versatile in the ever-changing real estate industry. We have been involved in almost every type of sale- primary residences, investment properties, family estates, auctions, vacant land, leased land, residential / commercial tenant procurements, commercial properties, and more. With remodeling and rehabbing properties, we have gained insights on market trends, sustainability, and different returns on investment that properties can offer. We pass this knowledge along to our buyers and sellers to help make sure they are getting the best service. 

My wife and I have (4) kids and spend most of our free time at our kids sporting events, in the outdoors, going out to eat, or watching movies. I have studied and learned the value in owning real estate and have been able to use that knowledge for the benefit of the buyers and sellers that we work with. I find that our clients are appreciative of the extra steps we take in educating them throughout the process.
