About David Weaver
As a lifelong resident of Ephrata, and a proud graduate of Ephrata High School, I have always been connected to the local community. After high school, I pursed my passion for building construction and architectural design at Dean College in MA, where I earned an Associate Degree of Science.
However, my journey in construction began long before that. Growing up in a local family business deeply rooted in the construction industry, I spent much of my childhood working alongside and learning from my father and grandfather. These formative years gave me invaluable hands-on experience and a strong understanding of both the craftmanship and business side of construction as well as strong work ethic and integrity in dealing with all situations that come my way.
Building on this foundation, I continue to apply this expertise and values in my Real Estate business. I am also passionate about staying connected to my community, supporting local business, and participating in events that contribute to the growth and vibrancy of our local area.
Beyond my professional life, I am deeply committed to giving back to the community. I am an active member of the church I grew up in, Akron Community Church and have volunteered my time for local outreach programs and activities. I have also coached various high school and club sports teams, sharing my passion for teamwork and leadership with young athletes and local youth.
Outside of work and community involvement, my wife Mary and I have been happily married for over 40 years. Together, we enjoy spending time with our 4 married children and 7 wonderful grandchildren, cherishing the blessings of family moments and staying involved in various activities. Our faith and family are at the heart of everything we do, and we find joy in nurturing those close connections.
