I have worked as an agent for others since 1994 where I served as a producer at Lehman Insurance with property and liability products until moving full time to Kingsway Realty in 2004.  For the past 20 years I have been fortunate to work with many different situations and properties for buyers and sellers here at Kingsway.  As a partner/owner since 2005 I have served during multiple market trends and have found that eternal principles and honestly sharing what I know has proved to be most useful and appreciated by those who employ me.

Remembering the 80’s, too well at times, it’s hard to believe my wife Annie and I have three adults for children and four grandchildren. It’s true, this life is moving fast!  (At least we gain knowledge and experience along the way.)

With the limited number of homes available for ownership in today’s market place, you may want an agent that is more concerned and personally invested with your needs rather than his or her own celebrity efforts.  My guess is that you prefer a relationship with your agent that you can count on.  One where the phone call gets answered by the one you hired.  One that can help you see and understand not only the transaction but the real estate and the House itself.  Understanding your needs and putting together a strategy that works for you without breaking your finances or relationships.  This is how I have been successful with my past clients.
