About Robert Hess
As a lifelong resident of Lancaster County, I’ve had the privilege of growing up in a family deeply rooted in real estate. My father, a Realtor, offered invaluable advice that sparked my passion for the industry, which has shaped my entire career. I had the privilege of finding a local girl who I have been married to for 45 years. Together, we’ve been blessed with three married children and 11 grandchildren. When I’m not working, I enjoy family getaways, golfing, spending time on the Chesapeake Bay, and managing my real estate investments.
Since 1975, I’ve been a dedicated Associate Broker and Partner with Kingsway Realty, helping buyers, sellers, investors, and builders achieve their real estate goals. As a proud Lancaster County native, I have a deep understanding of the area’s unique charm and a strong commitment to our community.
