About Roger Kline
I have been dedicated to serving the community and building lasting relationships in Northern Lancaster County for nearly five decades. As a full-time Realtor in Lancaster County since 1976, I have had the privilege of helping individuals and families navigate the real estate market, providing trusted guidance with every transaction. Additionally, I became a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in 1982, further enhancing my ability to serve my clients with precision and expertise.
Beyond my professional work, I have always believed in giving back to the community that has supported me throughout my life. I’ve served in a variety of volunteer roles and on several committees, always striving to make a positive impact:
- As a former member of the Clay Township Planning Commission, I helped ensure that the township grows thoughtfully and sustainably.
- I served as the Secretary of the Ephrata Economic Development Board, where I worked to promote local economic growth and development.
- I was honored to contribute to the Ephrata Community Hospital Capital Campaign and the Ephrata Library Capital Campaign, both of which were crucial in raising funds for these vital community institutions.
- I have also served on the Foundation Board of Ephrata Area Rehab Services, ensuring that local residents have access to quality rehabilitation services.
- My dedication to preserving local history led me to serve on the Historical Society of the Cocalico Valley as a member of the Maintenance / Property Committee, working to maintain and protect the buildings of the historical society.
- I co-founded Wolf & Kline Property Management (now inactive), a venture that allowed me to further contribute to the community’s real estate landscape.
On a personal level, I am an active member of Hopeland Church in Lititz, PA, where I continue to grow in my faith and serve alongside others in the community. As a lifetime resident of Clay Township, I feel deeply connected to the people and places of Northern Lancaster County. Together with my wife, Lynne, we continue to be actively involved, contributing in ways that we hope will help shape a thriving and vibrant future for our area.
