About Erin Smeltz
As a Lancaster county native, I grew up on a blend of rigorous work ethic in a family business, an east-coast pace with Sunday rest and a deep trust in God’s provision. All of this marks the way I work, serve and live to this day. After graduating from Albright College, I worked for a settlement company before my husband, Chris and I had six children while I worked from home as an entrepreneur. When the last of our kids started school, I returned to real estate as a transaction manager and soon got my license. I chose a team approach to real estate by joining the Wendy Stauffer Team at Kingsway to be able to resource my clients with experience and attention to detail. Home is sacred to me and I carry that into my business by applying patience and keen ears to the buying or selling process because I consider it a privilege to open doors for clients so that in the end, they become the hero of their own story.
I enjoy the country life on a multi-generational farm & hosting in our guesthouse via Airbnb. I’m a lacrosse-basketball-baseball-army mom and pastor wife. I’m grateful for the story God is writing, for the people in my life, for loud music, for books and four wheelers and for our Corgi, Daisy.
